Jonathan Segal’s newest urban development breaks ground in Hillcrest. Mr. Robinson will be a seven-story mid-rise at 3752 Park Boulevard, in the corner of Robinson and Park Blvd.
The first day started with a demolition of the existing structure.
Before demolition started on July 1.
After a week of demolition, an empty lot.
The first cement pouring started the first week of October.
On the last week of October, things started looking vertical.
Despite construction truck traffic and noise the exterior fencing keeps everything discrete, at least from street level.
