San Diego’s Tallest Residential Building – Pinnacle Towers

The Canadian-based company, Pinnacle International Property Developer is building Pinnacle Towers in Downtown East Village. The two-tower project will have a total of 956 residential units, including 72 Affordable Housing units, as reported by CIVIC San Diego.

Jonathan Segal’s Project ‘Mr. Robinson’ Breaks Ground

Jonathan Segal’s newest urban development breaks ground in Hillcrest. Mr. Robinson will be a seven-story mid-rise at 3752 Park Boulevard, in the corner of Robinson and Park Blvd.

Downtown San Diego Loft Staged Before Listing

Staging this Downtown San Diego loft made a difference in selling quick and at a higher price.

The challenge when listing a 2,000 Sqft open floor plan unit with no walls is the lack of defined spaces. We managed to create a living room, dining room, TV area and a bedroom, but still retaining the open space feel.
